My first photo book. A self-published photo book pulled from two years and five countries of travel that's edit pairs images across borders so a alley in Paris and a alley in Hong Kong end up in conversation rather than in chronological order.
About the Book
Through 2024-2025 I had the opportunity to travel across 5 countries, France, Croatia, Japan, Taiwan, China (Hong Kong). This inspired me to comb through the thousands of photos I'd taken throughout these trips into a little photo book comprising 58 of these some 4,000 photos I went through.
This was my first time making a book and I loved playing around with compositions mix and matching photos from across the world while keeping companion photos together as a spread.
Fun fact! The Starbucks and Pagoda spread are not a single photo split up but two completely different photos in the same neighborhood that just happen to align perfectly.
